Through guided yoga based movements and creativity, we invite you to reflect, become aware of your inner and outer experiences, and create a mind body connection with yourself within a group.

Ania Wojotowicz ‘Linguina’
Yoga Instructor

Ania is a filmmaker and 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher, with additional certificates in Kundalini and yoga for neurodivergent minds. She draws from an eclectic mix of yogic traditions to connect with learners and help discover the styles that serve them best for a happy, strong body and mind. Ania’s life has transformed after embracing yoga and meditation as essential tools for self-care and cultivating a consistent home practice, and this is what she loves helping with as a teacher.

Trish Bedford, BA, MA, PGc
UK Trained Trauma-Informed Art Psychotherapist

With multiple hats and varied experience of over 16 years, she developed the first Expressive Arts Therapy service in an addictions hospital in Qatar from 2016-2020. Her speciality and areas of interest cover autism, ADHD, addictions, trauma, and expat/third culture/life transitions among others. Trish is passionate about developing art therapy ethically in Qatar and across the globe. She is expanding her work with the community to increase awareness about how creative and expressive arts can help improve and sustain wellness.
